Bootcamp Fitness Class in Pickford
Who: Calling all busy parents and professionals! Start your day strong with a quick workout. This is also a great starting point for anyone who has been interested in trying a CrossFit class but is a little nervous.
What: Bootcamp is a class that delivers results for EVERYONE. This 30-minute class is circuit style and will include bodyweight movements, medicine balls, rowing, biking, kettlebells, cardiovascular drills, plyometrics, and more. It is designed to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and is suitable for people of all fitness levels.
Where: Callie Co Wellness Pickford, MI
When: 6 Week Session starting May 4th and ending June 10th. 6-6:30 a.m.
Why: I know spring can be a busy time for everyone. This allows you to work out and then get on with your day.
